One of my favorite about chicken is the chicken skin because it's crispy and it's also yummy. What is this Risol made of? Is it similar to a Lumpia? It looks like a "lumpia" that we called here in our place.

        Yes, I also like chicken skin, maybe because each region has a name, lumpia or risol maybe it's the same cake, just different names because different countries have different languages
