Looking for This Sauce Recipe

Hello ASEAN Buddies...

I am not good at cooking, nor am I good at judging a dish. All I know about cooking is whether it is delicious or not. My tongue is not sensitive enough to know every spice that goes into my mouth. For that, I sometimes need recipes on the internet or ask my friends.

I really like eating at a Thai restaurant called Raacha. There is one thing that makes me always want to eat there, namely the very delicious garlic sauce. I have never found this garlic sauce in any restaurant. This garlic sauce gives a fresh sensation, so I always want to eat it. When I make an online order, I ask for extra garlic sauce. You could say I am addicted to the sauce. Once when I was feeling unwell, I wanted to eat food from this Raacha restaurant, then asked for extra garlic sauce, and I felt better.

I once wanted to make it myself, but failed. Although it was delicious and I enjoyed my homemade garlic sauce, it was not the same at all. I could not make the same garlic sauce. I have searched for this garlic sauce recipe on the internet but none of them were the same.

So, have you ever made the garlic sauce recipe like Raacha restaurant has? Teach me the recipes…

We are the same I like to eat! Hahaha, Before I used to cook but this past few months I don't have time to cook. And if I cook I will look it up on youtube the recipes and ingredients. That garlic sauce is a good appetizer I love that, too!

Yummy!.Garlic sauce is the best,whenever eating with garlic sauce i could really have extra rice and i would forgot that I am supposed to eat only one rice.

Wow, I love garlic sauce too 🤤, and I made a chili garlic sauce last Saturday hehe it's more like an appetizer for me, like I don't want to eat viands and rice without it so I understand what you feel 😀. It's okay, you can learn how to cook and get the taste that you want to achieve just keep on tasting foods until you find the perfect one that suits your tongue 🤩.
