Actually, sometimes eating lunch at the airport is a waste. Usually I just buy coffee, but this time, when I arrived at Soekarno-Hatta Airport before taking off for Singapore last month, I was hungry. Since my departure time was still a few hours away, I decided to have lunch at Solaria while finishing up some work. It turns out the menu at Solaria Airport isn't much different in price than those at the mall. Even if I compare it to buying online, the results are the same. So, it seems I won't avoid buying lunch at the airport if I need to, like I did on that occasion.

Solaria is indeed one of my favorite restaurants. Just like the outlet in the mall, this one at the airport is just as large and artistic. There are plenty of seating options, but I like sitting at the reception desk. It has a soft sofa.
Instead of buying a cheap but unappetizing lunch, it's better to buy something expensive that you can finish and that will leave you feeling full and satisfied. There's one dish at Solaria that I can't pass up: that was Sapo tofu varians.
Here it is… A look at my favorite dish. It's quite simple, doesn't have too much sauce, but has a complete combination of ingredients for nutritional intake.

When it comes to Sapo Tahu, I've tried many variations of Sapo Tahu, and this time I tried Beef Sapo Tahu. At that time I was craving beef, so it seemed like the perfect dish for me. Don't ask about the taste, it was absolutely delicious. If you happen to be at the airport, look for this restaurant, it won't disappoint.
