Hello Buddies...
My hometown has now begun to develop, with the presence of a place similar to a mall, but it's not a mall. It's just a larger modern market. The market is called Irian Jaya—where there are many food tenants, one of which is a Japanese food outlet that also exists in Jakarta. This time when I was there and looking around, I suddenly felt hungry so I decided to stop by. Even though I had already had lunch, at that time I wanted to eat again. At that time, I went with my little brother. After he agreed to eat, we stopped by. Luckily, the outlet wasn't too crowded, so we were free to choose whichever seat we wanted.
...and this is our order...
My brother ordered Dory Katsu Donburi and Ice Matcha Latte while I ordered Hokkaido Beef Donburi and Sunrise Mojito.
Dory Katsu Donburi
As the name suggests, this Dory Katsu Donburi consists of rice, an omelet, and chicken katsu. Although this was my brother's order, I've had it before. I love the omelet and, of course, the spring onions.
Hokkaido Beef Donburi
This dish reminded me of a certain city in Japan, and the visuals on the menu were so tempting. I ordered it because I really liked the sunny-side-up egg. Another reason was that the beef option is always filling, so I ordered it. And all I can say about the Hokkaido Beef Donburi is that it's simply delicious!
Matcha Latte & Sunrise Mojito
My brother loves matcha, but I can say that the Matcha Latte at Ichiban Sushi isn't of the highest quality. The taste still lacks a "grassy" flavor, and the brewing process is still lacking, as some of the Matcha powder hasn't blended yet. Yes, I tried my brother's Matcha Latte. Haha!

This Sunrise Mojito is the best, providing a refreshing sensation to quench my thirst. Then there's the lemon, which—despite its acidity—can replace the caffeine that can make you sleepy. This Sunrise Mojito is truly refreshing.
