Have you ever experienced eating at a unique hawker, for example having a certain color decoration? I'll go first... Yesterday, after a busy day at the office, I decided to take a break at One Satrio Park- Kuningan. Yes, even though the Kuningan area is a congested area and not a good choice for a break, I did it because there was a park that I visited, that's One Satrio Park.
I also invited my friend to join me at One Satrio Park. After it got dark and it was time for dinner, my friend invited me to eat at Nasi Tempong Ungu (The Purple Tempong Rice).
It's not some kind of menu with all purple dishes, it's not like that. The purple they use is just a decoration for the place they use. Besides, the menu is a regular dinner menu consisting of rice, side dishes, vegetables, and chili sauce.
Before I visited this hawker, my friend had eaten here several times and shared it through social media so I already knew about this vendor. However, finally I got to experience eating here myself. My friend loves the color purple so this is her favorite hawker. She also said that when she eats there she can finish a whole plate, where usually the portion of food is very small. So I also experienced what she experienced. I ate a lot. ha ha ha
So, If I visited this area again, I will agree when my friend asking to eat at this Hawker again. Because their menu is delicious and I need to exploring others menus.
By the way, this hawker opens after 6 p.m. when many people are coming home from work. No wonder they have a lot of customers because of the unique decoration of the place and the affordable price of the food but full portion.
