Hello my loving Asean Hive community,
Warming welcome back to my blog. How are you and everything is fine? I'm all right, but I'm very busy these days. Normally, I teach students from 9am to 11pm, but these days I have an extra hour to teach. So I got home late. However, today I had lunch with my students at school. Yesterday I told you about the two small plants I bought. I will tell you about the replanting of those small plants the next day. Today I will tell you about the preparation of Myanmar Mohinga for lunch with my students.
Have you heard of Myanmar Mohinga? Myanmar Mohinga is a national dish of Myanmar. In our country, the way Mohinga is cooked is a little different depending on the region. The one we always eat is Yangon Myanmar Mohinga. Today, I ate with my students is ANyar Mohinga.
The difference between Yangon Mohinga and ANyar Mohinga is that Yangon Mohinga is eaten with a lot of liquid, while ANyar Mohinga is eaten with a little liquid. And ANyar Mohinga is eaten with onion and cabbage. I will first share the ingredients of the ANYAR Mohinga that I prepared with my students today.
🍲Ingredients🍲
- rice noodle
- fish soup
- garlic oil
- onion
- cabbage
- Parsley
- Fried bean
- chili
The rice noodles were very sticky, so my friend used a little oil to separate the rice noodles. You can also use a little water instead of oil in this case.
Meanwhile, I cooked the fried beans and put them in a bowl.
Then I chopped the onion, cabbage and lime with a knife.
My students are washing the dishes they will use with water.
Fish soup can be cooked with fresh lemongrass and spices to remove the fishy smell. Vegans can make soup using beans instead of fish.
My friend put it in a bowl and I added fried beans. My teacher added fish soup. Some of my students don't like cabbage and onions, so I don't put them on their plates.
That's all for today. Thank you for reading my post to the end. I hope you will like my post too. See you in the next post. Have a good night.
