People Walking in the Streets of San Nicolás.
Hi everyone!
I hope the first half of the week has been very good for you. Today I want to share some photos that I took in the San Nicolás neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires. A few days ago I was walking around with the 70-300 lens trying to get good moments to capture, my main idea was to go to an open restaurant, I had in mind that scenario of people sitting drinking coffee, smoking a cigarette and some waiters... The reality is that I didn't do any of that 😂
I got carried away by the movement of people in the streets of this neighborhood and other attractions. I made a selection of what I consider to be my best shots during that little walk.
These are benches, seats that have a design as if it were an armchair but it's made of pure concrete. This shot was thought of at the time, my idea was to get a photo of the bank and at the same time highlight the architectural design of the legislature palace, Also expect some people to walk down the sidewalk to shoot.
This is one of the photos that I liked the most from this set, although for me it would have been better without all the cars. That person walks along the pedestrian crossing smoking a cigarette and in the company of two little feathered ones.
When I was editing this photo I immediately thought of The Beatles album cover "Abbey Road" 😅
A gentleman smokes a cigarette in front of the aforementioned open restaurant, while the harsh midday light hits him.
I am not a winter team member, although I like the cold to a certain extent, but when winter is strong it offers us the opportunity to dress warmly and also elegantly in some cases. That gentleman in black knows what I'm talking about and stands out from the rest.
In the background the Plaza de Mayo subway station.
A few meters ahead we have the Peru subway station, here we have a lady smoking a cigarette at the entrance to this station.
Now that I think about it, the number of people I see smoking on the street is really important, in my country of origin this panorama is not seen as much.
I wanted to do a different shot with many elements in the composition, part of the subway station, people, trees, old mailboxes and shops.
Just a simple bicycle, but in black and white everything is more attractive. If it had been in color I probably wouldn't share it. We also have a view of Avenida de Mayo and some trees covering one of the buildings in the area.
That's all folks. Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.
