This is a message to the ones who are afraid of living their lives for God in public.
They didn't save your live, they didn't save you when you were depressed and crying every night, when you were stuck in your addictions and struggling with life. They did see it and if they did, they can not save you even if they try.
The only one that have the power to save you from whatever you have been through before you gave your life to him is Jesus Christ. They don't have the heaven or hel to put you in, you have to fear the creator more than you fear his creation. We are called to Jesus as a living sacrifice, because he died for us, we have to live for him.
They may not understand, they may never choose to give their life to Christ, but it does change the fact that you have already made the decision. It is not about what you lost and not about who you will loose along the way, it is about what you have gained. You have gained peace and everlasting love, anything that comes from God.
You have to ask yourself, 'is what I have gained in Christ more value than what I have lost in the world'
