Delegare, curare, accumulare: cosa faccio con il mio Hive Power e perché?
Sono su Hive più di tre anni, perciò ho avuto abbastanza tempo per crescere in questo emozionante ecosistema che tutti quanti amiamo, vero? E ci fa speciale soddisfazione poter osservare questa crescita e prendere decisioni in riguardo a... cosa faccio con il mio HP? E perchè?
ACCUMULARE
La cosa che sembra più facile è accumulare, perchè diventa un'attività automatica in qualche modo. Controlliamo il nostro wallet e ci accorgiamo che guadagniamo ogni tanto interessi e ricompense per azioni nella piattaforma, come ricompense per essere autore, è per scrivere posts, una parte dei profitti viene in HP, quindi è facile avere HP!
Poi c'è un altro modo molto diretto, fare un Hive Power? Cos'è? Sicuramente tutti sapete che potete convertire i vostri HIVE in HP, facendo "power up", infatti se lo fate ogni giorno durante il mese, oppure il primo giorno del mese (nel Hive Power Up Day!).
Nel mio caso, credo che sia difficile farlo ogni giorno del mese. Può darsi che un giorno io possa dimenticarlo e allora non riuscirei a partecipare nel HPUD, anche se almeno accumuli in qualsiasi caso tutto quel HP, ma preferisco essere parte del HPUD nel giorno 1 di ogni mese, manca soltanto una settimana per il prossimo! E durante quel giorno di staking nella piattaforma, di solito riesco a fare un power up di 100 HIVE, è una bella quantità e prendo uno dei badge grandi che ti danno per farlo. E così il mio Hive Power continua a crescere ogni mese con una bella spinta!
E quanto più HP ne hai, più cresce il tuo HP, e si vede, come i numeri cambiano ogni volta più velocemente. E non vedo l'ora di raggiungere 10000 HP!
CURARE
E c'è ancora più modi di far ingrandire il nostro Hive Power, semplicemente curare diversi contenuti di altri utenti, cioè, avere ricompense di "curation" per (avere cura) votare i posts di altri amici qui su Hive principalmente. È bello vedere queste ricompense nella sezione del nostro wallet.
DELEGARE
E c'è ancora un'altra buona opzione per il nostro Hive Power, e guadagnare interessi. Possiamo delegare parte del nostro Hive Power ad altri conti di utenti, di solito lo facciamo ad alcuni accounts che ci sembrano interessanti o che hanno un progetto a cui ci teniamo, o per aiutare utenti nuovi che cominciano e hanno bisogno di supporto e di un pò di risorse, appunto, HP per poter scrivere, commentare, ecc. nei primi giorni presenti nella piattaforma.
Tutti abbiamo vissuto quel momento d'inizio in cui qualche buon amico ci ha delegato un pò di HP per scrivere il nostro primo post, vero? E nel mio caso ho aiutato alcuni pochi utenti negli stessi momenti iniziale e così non si sono scoraggiati nei primi giorni qui, perchè può succedere...
Ma torniamo a quelle deleghe fatte ad conti interessanti, con il passare il tempo qui su Hive ho aggiunto pian piano conti ai quali faccio alcune deleghe, soprattutto lo faccio come supporto a loro, e allo stesso ecosistema, ci tengo a che continui per molto molto tempo e che nel futuro Hive sarà più grande, importante e un ecosistema di successo.
E questi sono gli accounts ai quali delego un pò di HP e mi danno interessi dopo un tempo, sicuramente li conoscete, vero?
E addirittura, ricevo una delegazione di Hive Power di un'altra utente, e un bel sostegno e un segno di generosità e di riconoscimento, e gli sono gradita per tutto questo tempo di supporto e di fiducia nei mei confronti. Grazie @traciyork!

Delegate, Curate, Hoard: What Do I Do With My Hive Power and Why?
I've been on Hive for more than three years, so I've had enough time to grow in this exciting ecosystem that we all love, right? And it's especially satisfying to be able to observe this growth and make decisions about... what do I do with my HP? And why?
HOARD/ACCUMULATE
The thing that seems easiest is to accumulate, because it becomes an automatic activity in some way. We check our wallet and we realize that we earn interests and rewards for actions in the platform every now and then, such as rewards for being an author, it's for writing posts, a part of the profits comes in HP, so it's easy to have HP!
Then there is another very direct way, doing a Hive Power? What is it? Surely you all know that you can convert your HIVE into HP, doing "power up", in fact if you do it every day during the month, or on the first day of the month (on the Hive Power Up Day!).
In my case, I think that it is difficult to do it every day of the month, maybe one day I could forget it and then I would not be able to participate in the HPUD, even if at least you accumulate all that HP anyway. But I prefer to be part of the HPUD on day 1 of every month, only one week left until the next one! And during that day of staking in the platform, I usually manage to do a power up of 100 HIVE, it's a nice amount and I get one of the big badges they give you for doing it. And so my Hive Power continues to grow every month with a nice boost!
And the more HP you have, the more your HP grows, and it shows, as the numbers change faster each time. And I can't wait to reach 10000 HP!
CURATE
And there are even more ways to grow our Hive Power, simply curate different content from other users, that is, get curation rewards for voting other friends' posts here on Hive mainly. It's nice to see these rewards in our wallet section.
DELEGATE
And there is still another good option for our Hive Power, and that is earning interests. We can delegate part of our Hive Power to other user accounts, we usually do it to some accounts that seem interesting to us or that have a project that we care about, or to help new users who are starting out and need support and some resources, precisely, HP to be able to write, comment, etc. in the first days of being on the platform.
We have all experienced that starting moment in which a good friend delegated us some HP to write our first post, right? And in my case I helped a few users in the same initial moments and so they did not get discouraged in the first days here, because it can happen...
But let's go back to those delegations made to interesting accounts, as time went by here on Hive I slowly added accounts to which I make some delegations, above all I do it as support to them, and to the ecosystem itself, I care that it continues for a very long time and that in the future Hive will be bigger, more important and a successful ecosystem.
And these are the accounts to which I delegate some HP and they give me interests after a while, sure you know those accounts, right?
And even, I receive Hive Power from another user, and a nice support and a sign of generosity and recognition, and I am appreciated for all this time of support and trust in me. Thanks @traciyork!
