Namaste to all Phone Photography lovers!🙏
Now this is a recipe blog, I may not be able to teach you how to cook the entire meal but I can definitely teach you how to make instant noodles. ;P
Although you can add many other things in it like mushroom, paneer, broccoli, baby corn, etc. but these are the ingredients available in my kitchen which I added in this noodle to make it tasty as well as healthy:
- Spinach
- Green Bell Pepper
- Green Onion
- Cabbage
- Red Italian Pepper
- Green Chilli
- Schezwan Chilli Garlic Sauce
- Red Chilli power
- White Salt
- 1 Packet Ramen
In all this, first of all I cut all the vegetables so that everything is ready to be sautéed when the oil gets heated.
As soon as the oil became slightly hot, I added all the chopped vegetables into it along with salt and sauteed them for some time on low flame.
Initially, the vegetables seemed a bit too much for a small packet of noodles, but while sautéing, they got cooked in just a few minutes and were ready.
This is my favourite packet of Ramen, which I will cook today with all these veggies.
After the vegetables are cooked, add 2 cups of water to it, then add the spice sachet from the Raman packet to it, keep the gas on medium flame and keep stirring it till it comes to a boil.
This is the Schezwan chutney which I have added for extra spices.
As soon as our vegetable mix comes to a boil, add ramen to it and you can also add water as per the requirement. Now mix it well and stir for some time.
If you want, you can keep it covered for some time. Ramen is usually half cooked, so you can eat it by just adding boiled water, but since we have added a lot of vegetables and spices, it is better to cook it a little.
It takes hardly 2 minutes and your Hot, Spicy, Juicy, Tasty Vegetable Ramen is ready to be served!
