Feliz Viernes amigos hoy fue mi día libre, decidimos hacer un asado
Los días libres me encantan, hoy decidimos hacer un asado, salimos a un lugar al aire libre y compartir en familia.
Invitamos a mi cuñada, mi sobrino y su esposo.
Fuimos a la carniceria a comprar carne, cerdo, tocino y chorizos.
Hice yuca sancochada, una salsa de perejil con ajo.
Tajamos aguacate.
Acompañamos con gaseosa.
- El día estaba soleado, me vestí con short, un body y chanclas muy cómoda, mi hijo dijo que parecía un día de playa jeje.
La carne quedo de gran sabor, dorada y jugosa a la vez, la yuca se ablando muy bien y la guasacaca exquisita amigos.
Finalice con un delicioso postre un bizcocho relleno de frutos rojos esponjoso y divino.
Fue un excelente día.

Happy Friday, friends, today was my day off, we decided to have a barbecue
I love days off, so today we decided to have a barbecue. We went somewhere outdoors and shared time with the family.
We invited my sister-in-law, my nephew, and her husband.
We went to the butcher shop to buy meat, pork, bacon, and chorizo.
I made boiled yuca and a parsley and garlic sauce.
We sliced avocado.
We had soda with it.
- The day was sunny, so I dressed in shorts, a bodysuit, and very comfortable flip-flops. My son said it looked like a day at the beach, hehe.
The meat was delicious, golden brown and juicy at the same time, the yuca was very tender, and the guacamole was delicious, friends.
Finish with a delicious dessert: a sponge cake filled with red fruits, fluffy and divine.
It was an excellent day.
