Chicken Mole

Today we got treated to a homemade mole sauce. From what I can tell it is a chocolate chile sauce from Mexico. It was fantastic, not too sweet but a nice kick. The rice was great too.

              Very unique and very good. A lot of work went into this. Food culture is fascinating to me.
