Hola amigos. Les envío un gran saludo desde mi linda y amada Venezuela. Desde el oriente del país les cuento que me he tomado una sopa muy sabrosa el día de ayer.
Mi hermana me invitó y fuimos a degustar de una exquisita sopa de pescado fresco. Ella es especialista en hacer sopas. Esta vez hizo la de pescado tal cual como me encanta, con el caldo clarito y el punto justo de sal y limón.
Como puedes ver en el plato ya servido, mi sopa está colada, quizá a muchos les guste tomarse el caldo junto con todos los aliños que lleva la sopa, pero a mí me gusta solo tomarme el caldo y sentir como me va cayendo ese liquido caliente en el estómago. Es verdaderamente un placer al paladar.
Cada plato de sopa tenía una rueda gorda de pescado y aparte nos comimos una cabeza; algo que me fascina de comerlas es chupar los ojos del pescado.
El día anterior salimos hacer compras y aprovechamos de comprar las verduras y el día de ayer compramos el refresco y el casabe.
Comimos lo suficiente y después me dió mucho sueño. De merienda comimos maní salados. 😋 Todo estuvo muy bueno.

My sister invited me and we went to taste an exquisite fresh fish soup. She is a specialist in making soups. This time she made the fish soup just as I love it, with a clear broth and just the right amount of salt and lemon.
As you can see in the dish already served, my soup is strained, perhaps many people like to drink the broth along with all the seasonings that the soup has, but I like to just drink the broth and feel how the hot liquid falls in my stomach. It is truly a pleasure to the palate.
Each bowl of soup had a big wheel of fish and we also ate a head; something that fascinates me about eating them is sucking the eyes of the fish.
The day before we went out shopping and we bought vegetables and yesterday we bought soda and cassava.
We ate enough and then I got very sleepy. As a snack we ate salted peanuts. 😋 Everything was very good.
