Un dulce pero tormentoso inicio de semana
Feliz inicio de semana mi gente linda de HIVE y en especial a los likeTu lovers, para mí, la dapp más amigable de todo el ecosistema ♥️ hoy paso a compartir con ustedes mi actualización del día y cómo estuvo mi inicio de semana.
Hoy tuve de encargo una torta fuera de lo común: cuadrada! Y me pasaron cosas fuera de lo común también como un fallido intento de merengue italiano y un resultado con el que no me sentí tan contenta 🙃 pero a pesar de todo, todo bajo control, todo tuvo solución.
Por allí dicen que "el que asa dos conejos uno se le quema" y pues hoy se me quemó mi conejo confiable, el merengue italiano que tanto hablo que es un tiro al piso y es una receta sin fallas, hoy me falló o mejor dicho le falle yo al dejar calentar el almíbar más de lo normal.
El resultado fue que se me quedó mucho caramelo sin integrarse a la mezcla (pegado al bowl) y obtuve un merengue un tanto espumoso, blandito, que aunque lo pude usar (la parte blanca que me costó mucho para alisar por cierto) me tocó hacer más porque no me rindió tampoco lo esperado, esto me pasó por andar pendiente de una app nueva en la que ando probando suerte como streamer.
En esta torta me jugaron en contra dos detalles, el primero que para mí no es tan fácil alisar tortas cuadradas y el segundo que el merengue no quedó con mi usual consistencia firme, y al momento de alisar me costó mucho y no me gustó como estaba quedando pero igual lo usé, hice lo que pude y luego con el segundo merengue que batí le puse los detalles de color y disimulé los bordes.
Pero lo importante es que rescaté el trabajo y a la clienta le encantó su torta cuadrada a jejeje Gracias por leerme nos vemos en un próximo post 🙏 bendiciones y un dulce 🤗 que tengan una exitosa y excelente semana, hasta la próxima.

A sweet but stormy start to the week
Happy start of the week my beautiful people of HIVE and especially to the likeTu lovers, for me, the friendliest dapp in the whole ecosystem ♥️ today I will share with you my update of the day and how was my start of the week.A sweet but stormy start of the week.
Today I had to order an unusual cake: square! And out of the ordinary things happened to me too like a failed attempt at Italian meringue and a result I was not so happy with 🙃 but despite everything, everything under control, everything had a solution.
They say that “he who roasts two rabbits, one will burn” and today my trusty rabbit burned, the Italian meringue that I talk so much about is a shot to the floor and is a recipe without fail, today it failed me or rather I failed it by letting the syrup heat up more than usual.
The result was that I had a lot of caramel left without integrating into the mixture (stuck to the bowl) and I got a somewhat foamy, soft meringue, which although I could use it (the white part that I had a hard time smoothing by the way) I had to make more because it did not yield what I expected either, this happened because I was hanging on a new app in which I'm trying my luck as a streamer.
In this cake two details played against me, the first one is that for me it is not so easy to smooth square cakes and the second one was that the meringue was not my usual firm consistency, and when I smoothed it I had a hard time and I did not like how it was turning out but I still used it, I did what I could and then with the second meringue that I beat I put the details of color and hid the edges.
