During the week I wanted to give a surprise to my younger brother Don Juan, who goes to a vacation camp every day, and I prepared his favorite food to celebrate the end of his days there. It is good to say that this is not a recipe but simply a gesture.
Something I want to share with you since I love cooking and when I do it for a family member it is much more gratifying.
My mother @zutodoterreno had a special Mexican condiment recervaso from a purchase and honestly we didn't know its flavor but it caused us a lot of intrigue. That's why I implemented it in this meal to try. I like to cook as the recipe says or as my mother usually says in a square way but this time very ZuTodoTerreno style I did it without asking with the intention of surprising everyone. Luckily everything turned out very well and I even received applause.

Durante la semana quise darle una sorpresa a mi hermano pequeño Don Juan, que va todos los días a una colonia de vacaciones, y le preparé su comida favorita para celebrar el final de sus días allí. Es bueno decir que no se trata de una receta sino simplemente de un gesto.
Algo que quiero compartir con vosotros ya que me encanta cocinar y cuando lo hago para un familiar es mucho más gratificante.
Mi madre @zutodoterreno tenía un condimento especial mexicano recervaso de una compra y sinceramente no conocíamos su sabor pero nos causaba mucha intriga. Por eso lo implementé en esta comida para probarlo. Me gusta cocinar como dice la receta o como suele decir mi madre de forma cuadrada pero esta vez muy al estilo ZuTodoTerreno lo hice sin preguntar con la intención de sorprender a todos. Por suerte todo salió muy bien e incluso recibí aplausos.
