Hola chicos hoy les traigo unas fotos de una comida que hice el día sábado para celebrar que ganó el equipo de venezuela la serie del caribe y también que tenia muchas ganas de comer esto, ya que soy de la isla de margarita y pues crecí comiendo este rico plato, fui al mercado más cercano aquí en peru,lima se consigue el pescado muy fresco, aproveche de ir muy temprano pars escoger lo mejor. Prepare esta rica ensalada, el cóctel de mariscos o coloquialmente llamado rompe colchón, también hice un consomé de pescado que quedo super delicioso y lo acompañe con unos medallones de bonito frito y sus respectivas arepas, para refrescarnos del calor tan fuerte que estamos pasando en lima prepare una exquisita agua te tamarindo con bastante hielo, todo me quedo super rico, quedamos muy satisfecho.
