Hola queridos amigos de hive y comunidad de liketu 💙✨ espero se encuentren súper bien y estén teniendo una semana genial. Les cuento que el día de ayer fue el buffet de gastronomia, un evento que se realiza antes de terminar con la carrera, aunque aún nos queda uno más por presentar en donde se presentan 16 comensales y la verdad el estrés de cocina es INCREÍBLE. Para este tipo de eventos se designan aproximadamente 5 entradas, 5 platos principales, 5 postres y 10 bebidas, distribuidas entre alcohólicos y no alcohólicos.
La verdad es muy estresante esto porque ejemplo ayer la cocina era pequeña, así que uno tiene que resolver a toda costa y a tiempo con lo que se pidió. A mi en lo personal me tocó hacer un postre francés llamado Cafloutis de Cereza, lo acompañé de una mermelada de Mora y la verdad quedó increíble. Me encanto aunque hubo un pequeño error en la masa pero aún así sabía increíble. Ya casi nos acercamos al final de la carrera y es inevitable no sentir nostalgia, han sido dias duros y llenos de muchísimo gasto, pero aún así los finales siempre duelen un poco.

Personally, I had to make a French dessert called Cherry Cafloutis, I accompanied it with a Blackberry jam and it was truly incredible. I loved it even though there was a small mistake in the dough but it still tasted amazing. We are almost approaching the end of the race and it is inevitable not to feel nostalgic, they have been hard days and full of a lot of expense, but even so the endings always hurt a little.
