Hola queridos amigos de hive, espero se encuentren súper bien y estén teniendo una semana genial, les cuento que yo el día de hoy empecé con mis pasantías, este es el penúltimo paso para graduarme como chef internacional. Decidí hacer las pasantías en un sitio de la ciudad bastante chévere porque manejan comida bastante saludable. Mis pasantias son de 40 horas así que si empiezo todos los días a las 9:00 am y salgo a las 5:00 de la tarde al cabo de 5 días terminaría.
No les miento yo nunca había trabajado de esta manera y hoy mas que nunca admiro a la gente que trabaja en cocina en un restaurante porque es demasiado agotador, les escribo esto desde la salida del trabajo y ha sido un día largo, lo importante es que ya sólo quedan 4 días jajaj.
