Hace ya un tiempo nació la idea de un nuevo bolo en la panadería donde trabajo y desde que comenzó a salir se ha estado vendiendo muy bien, a tal punto que antes lo hacíamos una vez por semana, ahora lo hacemos casi todos los días.
The idea for a new pastry was born some time ago at the bakery where I work, and since it started selling very well, to the point that before we made it once a week, now we make it almost every day.
Este es un bolo 100% integral, pues no contiene ni azúcar ni harina y sus principales ingredientes son la naranja y el pistacho, una combinación que cuando la escuché por primera vez sentí que no sería muy buena pero cuando probé el resultado me encantó.
This is a 100% wholemeal cake, as it contains neither sugar nor flour, and its main ingredients are orange and pistachio, a combination that when I first heard about it I felt wouldn't be very good, but when I tasted the result I loved it.
