El 1ero de Octubre se celebró el Día Internacional del Café y, ¿qué mejor manera de festejarlo que tomando una deliciosa taza de café? Luego de una extensa y agotadora jornada laboral fui a St. Honoré una pastelería-restaurant que ofrece una buenas opciones de consumo. Yo sólo iba mi respectiva taza de café para celebrar un día tan importante como este y, obviamente, para capturar algunas fotografías aesthetic porque si no obtengo al menos una es como si la experiencia no hubiese sido vivida. Lo cierto es que si se me atravesaba algún postre interesante no lo iba a rechazar. Pensé en el Tiramisú, el cual me han comentado que es bastante bueno.
¿Café con las café? ¡Claro! ¿Por qué no?
La Torta Tiramisú es uno de mis postres favoritos, pero lamentablemente son muy pocos los lugares en Caracas que sé que lo preparan bien...o, al menos, lugares que yo conozca. Lamentablemente en esta ocasión no disponían de tiramisú así que para no quedar con las ganas de algo dulce terminé pidiendo un Mousse de Chocolate que, definitivamente, no defrauda a nadie. El sabor a cacao resulta tan intenso que incluso pudiese quitarte el sueño de inmediato.
Pero ok, no nos dispersamos y regresemos al café, ¿no te parece genial que exista un día dedicado a esta bebida? A mí me encanta y si fuese por mí lo celebraría todos los días porque una taza de una buen café siempre será la mejor opción 🧡

Tiramisu cake is one of my favorite desserts, but unfortunately, there are very few places in Caracas that I know of that make it well... or at least places that I know of. Unfortunately, they didn't have tiramisu on this occasion, so in order not to be left craving something sweet, I ended up ordering a chocolate mousse, which definitely doesn't disappoint anyone. The cocoa flavor is so intense that it could even keep you awake at night.
But okay, let's not get sidetracked and get back to coffee. Don't you think it's great that there's a day dedicated to this drink? I love it, and if it were up to me, I would celebrate it every day because a cup of good coffee will always be the best option 🧡
