Good evening friends. I want to tell you about a gastronomic event that took place at the Estancia in Altamira. This festival was called "Kilometer Venezuela", where the basic principle was to show our own flavors.
An impressive variety of cocoa and chocolate, artisanal samples of dairy products such as spectacular goat milk punch, which I tasted and did not have time to take pictures hehehehe the same with flours based on natural elements such as banana and other ingredients that give life to these organic products without gluten.
The great exhibitors of the avant-garde gastronomic world were in charge of giving life to these spaces. I was able to see a chocolate printer up close and inside I was saying: "Holy God, I'll eat that" hahaha.
There were many people, personalities like the queen of the margarita hedgehog. A woman who knows all the secrets to prepare a soup that drives people crazy according to those who tasted it. As I arrived late, I only tasted a little bit of the urchin meat and honestly, it is not to my liking. I guess I'm not a fan of these sea flavors. But she is a sparkling woman with a wonderful aura. It was an unforgettable afternoon, which made me put aside the ailments and enjoy the goodness of my country and its variety of cocoa for example.
