Manti is a dish of the peoples of Korea, Russia, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. Consists of chopped meat (in this case lamb) in thinly rolled dough, steamed in a pressure cooker.
