You stop by your neighbor's butcher's and he gets some wonderful bacon. I bought it right away and already have an idea of how I'm going to cook it. I boil it in water for 30 minutes and then in a pan under foil for 20 minutes and then I take off the foil and bake it. Oh, how good this is, it won't measure blood pressure or cholesterol
