Hi friends! Would we like some homemade bread today, but this time from bakery dish I have at home. Here is my recipe, so tell me how you liked it
4 to 4.5 deciliters of water
30 g fresh yeast or (10 g dry) 2 tablespoons of flour
Mix 2 teaspoons of sugar in lukewarm water and let the yeast activate, about 10 minutes.
Then add 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 to 2 tablespoons of yogurt of any kind, about 700 g of flour and a teaspoon of salt on top.
Combine everything so that the dough separates from the bowl and leave for 10 minutes, then knead the dough well until it is smooth, oil the bowl and dough and cover with cellophane and leave in a warm place for the dough to rise, about 1 hour. roll it up and put it on baking paper, but not in the oven, but in any suitable plastic, and let it rise for about 20 minutes, up to half an hour. Brush the dough with water or yogurt and sprinkle it with flour or polenta, maybe some seeds. Make a few cuts on the bread, but not deep. Transfer the bread to a hot oven that has been heated to 230 degrees.
Bake covered for about half an hour, then reduce the temperature and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes. You can do it with or without a lid. Leave to cool on a wire rack, you can cover it with baking paper and a cloth.
