What's endless is talking about the culinary specialities of a region. This time, Malang in East Java province has its own bakso Malang Cak Toha. This bakso shop is very famous among local people or tourists from out of town.
Bakso Malang Cak Toha has many variants, such as; small meatballs, large meatballs, tofu bass, rib meatballs, fried meatballs, as well as boiled dumplings and fried dumplings. Cak Toha's meatball shop applies a self-service system, so customers can choose what variant of meatballs they want, then it is immediately recorded by the officers who are already available there.
Since I wasn't too hungry, I only chose one fried meatball, one fried dumpling, and three small meatballs. Despite being small, these baso baso are the type that taste meaty and crunchy. That's why it's always full of customers here, it's called the legendary Malang baso.
