En Agosto de este año no les compartí que viajé desde donde vivo El Tigre, Edo. Anzoátegui hacia la capital Caracas a aprender sobre fotografía gastronómica.

Pero, lo que me encantaba de este curso es que era con el celular, podría ser cualquier modelo de teléfono.

El curso lo hice con Samuel Kaufman un fotógrafo profesional que sigo desde hace tiempo en Instagram Ig de Samuel.

Fue desde las 8:00 am hasta las 4:00 pm aproximadamente, nos dieron desayuno, luego tuvimos un break para almorzar y varias personas que tenían negocios llevaron sus propios productos para poder fotografiarlos.

Después de toda la teoría, tuvimos mucha práctica donde veíamos realmente cómo era el tema de controlar la luz, los ángulos adecuados para cada tipo de comida.

Aprendí mucho y lo más importante es que la práctica es lo que hará que las fotos te queden cada vez mejor porque así sepas la teoría, lo esencial es la práctica.

In August of this year, I didn't tell you that I traveled from where I live in El Tigre, Anzoátegui State, to the capital Caracas to learn about food photography.

But what I loved about this course was that it was done with a cell phone, and it could be any model of phone.

I took the course with Samuel Kaufman, a professional photographer whom I have been following for a long time on Instagram Samuel's Instagram.

It ran from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We were given breakfast, then we had a break for lunch, and several people who owned businesses brought their own products to photograph.

After all the theory, we had a lot of practice where we really saw how to control the light and the right angles for each type of food.

I learned a lot, and the most important thing is that practice is what will make your photos better and better because even if you know the theory, practice is essential.
