This is awesome!

One thing I worry about is that food being trapped in plastic bags in landfill produces methane which is terrible for the atmosphere, so I try and compost food scraps as much as possible... but it's not always an available option depending on where you live. I love your process though!

        If you knew, I was also looking to compost my waste because you know I have plants and it's good for them. However, I don't have that many plants and I live in an apartment. But I learned this from my mom. There, we have a large plot of land with lots of soil, plants, and trees.
