Ayer estuve con muchas ganas de prepararle unos helados a mi hija, pero tengo preferencia por hacerlos en casa y no ir a comprar los que están cargados de pura azúcar. Por suerte tenemos muchos proveedores de frutas y verduras cerca de casa, asi que el precio es muy accesible.
Lo primero que hago es seleccionar las frutas y cortarlas, para estos helados utilice 2 duraznos, 1 banana y una pera.
Yesterday I really wanted to prepare some ice cream for my daughter, but I prefer to make it at home and not go buy the ones that are loaded with pure sugar. Luckily we have many fruit and vegetable suppliers close to home, so the price is very affordable. The first thing I do is select the fruits and cut them, for these ice creams I used 2 peaches, 1 banana and a pear.

Luego de cortar las frutas las coloco en el equipo junto con un poco de leche entera para triturar todo en un tamaño más pequeño, luego le agrego azúcar para obtener un mejor sabor y continúo triturando hasta obtener una consistencia bastante liquida.
After cutting the fruits, I place them in the equipment along with a little whole milk to grind everything into a smaller size, then I add sugar for a better flavor and continue grinding until I get a fairly liquid consistency.

Para hacer los helados poseo unos moldes que compramos hace meses y siempre antes de usarlos los limpio con agua muy caliente evitando dejar cualquier rastro de suciedad, no quiero que mi hija u cualquiera que coma los helados que hago se llegue a enfermar.
To make the ice creams I have some molds that we bought months ago and before using them I always clean them with very hot water avoiding leaving any trace of dirt, I don't want my daughter or anyone who eats the ice creams I make to get sick.
Por ultimo solo resta dejarlos en el congelador y esperar que estén en el punto ideal para comer.
A mi le gustan mucho los helados que hago y me sirven como postre para llenar su estómago antes de ir a dormir.
Finally, all that remains is to leave them in the freezer and wait for them to be at the ideal point to eat. He really likes the ice creams I make and they serve as a dessert to fill his stomach before going to sleep.
