Today I will introduce you to a new way to cook pasta.
Many of you may not mix the pasta and pasta liquid together, but cook them separately, pour them over each other, and eat them.
In this method, the pasta liquid and the noodles are mixed together and left to steep. Let's go and see how to cook it.
Ingredients:
1 package of pasta
1 large onion
200 grams of minced meat
4 tablespoons of tomato paste
Salt, pepper, and turmeric as needed
First, put a pot of water on the stove to boil.
Grate the onion and fry it with a little oil.
Add the minced meat until it is browned.
Add the tomato paste and fry it again.
Add about half a glass of water and cook over low heat until the meat is cooked.
When the water boils, add the pasta to the boiling water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Drain the cooked pasta. Run some cold water over it to wash away the excess salt.
Pour a little oil into the bottom of the pot and place a thin layer of bread.
Pour the drained pasta into the pot along with the prepared ingredients, layer by layer. After the ingredients and pasta are poured into the pot, prepare half a glass of cold water.
Pour cold water over the ingredients. Cover the pot and reduce the heat.
Let it simmer for about half an hour.
Now our food is ready to eat.
Serve with vegetables, yogurt, pickles, salad, onions, or any other food you like.
