HI EVERYONE
The meat stews are very tasty, I always make them because everyone likes them, here I have some photos where we can see how good this food is, you can put the ingredients you have at home and not necessarily the list that I show you here, let's see:
- Meat for stewing, a type of cut that is special to be shredded more easily.
- Oil
- Oregano
- Crushed garlic
- Carrot
- Tomato
- Onion
- Chilli peppers
- Meat stock
- Salt and pepper.
I usually buy a kilo of meat and cook it whole. First the meat is tenderised and cooked in water with salt, bay leaf, thyme, celery and coriander. Let it cool and then shred it.
For the stew I make a sauce with oil, oregano, garlic, carrot, tomato, peppers and onion; then I add the shredded meat, mix everything very well and add salt and pepper, the beef broth is to personal taste, for one kilo of meat one cup of broth is enough, cook for ten minutes and that's it.
This salad is very tasty and only contains:
- Cabbage
- Cucumber
- tomatoes
- Carrot
- Salt, pepper, lemon juice and oil

Haciendo carne desmenuzada
Los guisos de carne son muy sabrosos, yo acostumbro hacer siempre porque a todos les gusta, aqui tengo unas fotos en donde podemos apreciar lo buena que es esta comida, se le puede colocar los ingredientes que tengas en casa y no necesariamente los de la lista que te muestro aquí, veamos:
- Carne para guisar, un tipo de corte que sea especial para ser desmenuzado con más facilidad
- Aceite
- Orégano
- Ajo machacado
- Zanahoria
- Tomate
- Cebolla
- Ajíes
- Caldo de carne
- Sal y pimienta.
Generalmente compro un kilo de carne y la cocino completa, primero se ablanda la carne, se debe cocinar en agua con sal, laurel, tomillo, celery y cilantro. Se deja enfriar y luego se desmenuza.
Para el guisado hago un sofrito con aceite, orégano, ajo, zanahoria, tomate, ajíes y cebolla; luego le añado la carne desmenuzada, se mezcla todo muy bien y se coloca sal y pimienta, el caldo de res es a gusto personal, para un kilo de carne una taza de caldo es suficiente, se cocina por diez minutos y listo.
Esta ensalada es muy sabrosa y solo lleva:
- Repollo
- Pepino
- Tomate
- Zanahoria
- Sal, pimienta, jugo de limón y aceite
