Hello, Hivers of the world. Happy Sunday. I hope you enjoyed your weekend and had a good rest. Without further ado, I want to tell you what I did on Friday night.

That Friday, the 16th, my boyfriend and I wanted to celebrate our relationship. Don't ask me how many months we've been together because I've lost count, but Diego knows exactly how many, he's the one with the better memory of the two of us and he remembers important dates and events better.

To celebrate our day, we wanted to find a place to eat, something different. Because we always eat sushi, pizza, or hamburgers. He always lets me decide, I always tell him to choose something that he likes best. But he's quite sweet and accommodating. This time I insisted that he choose.

This also helped me step out of my comfort zone and try something different. We'd been wanting to go to this place for months, but it hadn't opened yet; in fact, it took months.

And we went to Mi Cochino Amor, a fast food restaurant with Asian influences. I'm not a fan of pork, which is why I'm telling you that I stepped out of my comfort zone.

Perhaps I feel that I am very conservative, and it is difficult for me to try different dishes. I always choose what I already know, what I like, and what I know will not disappoint (my favorite restaurants). Diego, on the other hand, is more adventurous and likes to try new culinary experiences.

We arrived at the restaurant, which is very nice, by the way. We sat on the terrace, and the sky treated us to a beautiful sunset, which I will leave here in the photos. We ordered a combo for two that had a little bit of everything, from fried pork, French fries, yellow potatoes, Caesar salad, cachapas with quail eggs, and more. I will also share a photo of this with you.

To my surprise, everything was delicious. I really enjoyed the food and the company. I liked stepping out of my comfort zone and trying something different. Sometimes it doesn't turn out as bad as I think it will.

Hola Hivers del mundo. Feliz domingo. Espero que hayan aprovechado su fin de semana, que hayan descansado. Sin más a qué hacer referencia, quiero contarles lo que hice el viernes por la noche.

Ese viernes 16 mi novio y yo queríamos celebrar nuestra relación, ya no me pregunten cuántos meses llevamos porque ya perdí la cuenta, pero Diego si los sabe bien, de los dos es el que mejor memoria tiene y el que mejor recuerda fechas y acontecimientos importantes.

Para celebrar nuestro día, queríamos buscar un sitio para comer, algo diferente. Porque siempre comemos sushi, pizza o hamburguesas. Él siempre me deja decidir, siempre le digo que elijamos algo que le guste más a él. Pero es bastante lindo y complaciente. Está vez insistí en que fuera él que escogiera.

Esto también me ayudó a salir de mi zona de confort y de gustos y probar algo distinto. Desde hace meses, queriamos ir a este sitio pero no había sido inaugurado, la verdad tardo meses.

Y fuimos a Mi Cochino Amor. Por supuesto, un restaurante de comida rápida con influencias asiáticas. Yo no fan del cerdo y es por esta razón que les cuento que salí de lo habitual.

Quizás siento que soy muy conservadora y me cuesta probar platos distintos en la comida. Siempre elijo lo que ya conozco, lo que me gusta y lo que se que no falla (mis restaurantes favoritos). Diego, por el contrario es más atrevido y le gusta vivir nuevas experiencias culinarias.

Llegamos al sitio, que por cierto es muy bonito. Estaba en una terraza y el cielo nos regaló un hermoso atardecer que se los dejaré aquí en las fotos. Pedimos un combo para 2 personas que tenía un poco de todo, desde cochino frito, papas francesas, papas amarillas, ensalada cesar, cachapas con huevo de codorniz y más. También les compartiré una foto de esto.

Para mi sorpresa, todo estaba exquisito. Me gustó mucho la comida y mi compañía. Me gustó salirme de lo habitual y probar algo distinto, a veces no sale tan mal, como pienso.
