Hello dear friends, I hope you're having a great day. Today’s blog is all about cooking—a warm, flavorful plate of vegetable-flavored pasta. It’s quick to prepare, full of comforting spices, and perfect for a light meal.
Ingredients:
Past
Butter (25g) or 3 tablespoons of oil
Water for boiling
Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric , black pepper, salt,
Dried herbs: paprika, basil, coriander
Parmesan cheese
Milk (optional, for richness)
Instructions:
Pour 3 cups of water into a pot and Add the pasta.( I used 2 cups of water and 1 cup of milk)
Stir in butter or oil, then add the combined spices and herbs.
Leave the lid open and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat for 20–25 minutes, until the liquid is absorbed.
Remove the lid and cook for another 5 minutes to thicken.
When the texture is right, take it off the heat.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese or fresh parsley.
Since I’m following a bodybuilding diet, I added canned tuna to boost the protein. You can enjoy it plain or pair it with your favorite protein—it’s delicious either way.
Thanks for spending time with me today. If you try this #recipe or have your own version of veggie pasta, I’d love to hear about it. Until next time, stay creative and keep cooking with joy
