INGREDIENTS/ INGREDIENTES
- Pechuga de pollo/ Chicken breast
- Tocineta/ Bacon
- Salsa inglesa/ Worcestershire sauce
- Pimienta negra/ Black pepper
- Orégano
- Sal/ Salt
PROCEDURE/ PROCEDIMIENTO
Para empezar, prepararemos las pechugas de pollo dándoles sabor con pimienta negra, orégano y sal.
No nos olvidemos de unas gotas de salsa inglesa.
To begin, we'll prepare the chicken breasts by seasoning them with black pepper, oregano, and salt.
And don't forget a few drops of Worcestershire sauce.
Teniendo la pechuga sazonada, le podemos colocar una lonja de jamón.
Once the chicken breast is seasoned, we can place a slice of ham on it.
Luego teniendo nuestras rodajas de tocineta, empezaremos a envolver la pechuga.
Then, having our bacon slices, we will begin to wrap the chicken breast.
Para terminar, teniendo nuestras pechugas listas. Las colocaremos a freír en un sartén (sin aceite ya la tocineta suelta su propio aceite) hasta que esté frito por los 2 lados y en su punto.
Acompañamos con arroz y a comer!
Finally, once our chicken breasts are ready, we'll fry them in a pan (without oil, as the bacon will release its own fat) until cooked through on both sides.
