INGREDIENTS/ INGREDIENTES
- 1 taza de leche/ 1 cup milk
- 4 cdas de azúcar/ 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 huevo/ 1 egg
- 1 naranja/ 1 orange
- 1 taza de harina de trigo/ 1 cup wheat flour
PROCEDURE/ PROCEDIMIENTO
Para empezar, en un bowl tendremos la leche líquida en el cuál mezclaremos con el huevo.
To begin, in a bowl we will have the liquid milk in which we will mix with the egg.
Seguimos agregaremos sabor con las cdas de azúcar al gusto.
We will continue adding flavor with the tablespoons of sugar to taste.
Luego le agregaremos poco a poco la harina de trigo. Si queremos los panqueques esponjosos entonces dejaremos la mezcla un poco espesa agregándole suficiente harina.
Then, we'll gradually add the wheat flour. If we want fluffy pancakes, we'll thicken the mixture by adding just enough flour.
Para darle el sabor protagonista le podemos exprimir a la mezcla media naranja.
To give it the main flavor, we can squeeze half an orange into the mixture.
Para terminar, tendiendo la mezcla lista en un sartén con un poco de mantequilla derretida podemos ir agregándole porciones.
Cada panqueque dejamos cocinar por los 2 lados hasta que estén dorados. Podemos comerlas con mantequilla y queso, a comer!
