5 cdas de mantequilla/ 5 tbsp butter
1 taza de azúcar/ 1 cup sugar
1 huevo/ 1 egg
Vainilla/ Vanilla
Jugo de mango/ Mango juice
1 taza de harina de trigo/ 1 cup wheat flour

PROCEDURE/ PROCEDIMIENTO

Para empezar haremos la mezcla en un bowl, mezclando la mantequilla con el azucar hasta integrarlos bien.

Seguimos con el huevo.

Luego le daremos el sabor protagonista a la mezcla con jugo de mango al gusto.

Iremos agregando la harina de trigo poco a poco hasta ir formando una masa.

Dejamos reposar en la nevera unos 20-25 minutos aproximadamente.

Para terminar, teniendo la masa lista iremos sacando porciones y colocando cada una en una bandeja de preferencia (cubierta de mantequilla y harina de trigo para que no se peguen las galletas al sacarlas).

Tenemos las galletas listas, decoramos y metemos al horno de 180° por unos 15-20 minutos. A disfrutar!
