INGREDIENTS/ INGREDIENTES
- 1 plátano maduro/ 1 ripe plantain
- Mantequilla/ Butter
- Pollo/ Chicken
- Queso/ Cheese
- perejil/ Parsley
PROCEDURE/ PROCEDIMIENTO
para empezar, nuestros plátanos maduros le sacaremos la concha y lo tocaremos con mantequilla.
Metemos al horno 180• por unos 5 minutos aproximadamente.
To start, we'll peel our plantains and rub them with butter.
Place in the oven at 180°C for approximately 5 minutes.
Sacado del horno, cortaremos por el centro para así colocarle por dentro la mantequilla.
Luego iremos agregando por dentro el pollo (puede ser una preparado anteriormente o sobras del almuerzo).
Once removed from the oven, we'll cut down the center to place the butter inside.
Then we'll add the chicken (it can be prepared previously or leftover from lunch).
Seguimos agregando queso de su preferencia.
We continue adding cheese of your choice.
Para terminar, le daremos un toque de sabor con un poco de perejil.
Metemos otra vez al horno por unos 5-8 minutos aproximadamente.
