INGREDIENTS/ INGREDIENTES
- Pechuga de pollo/ Chicken breast
- Cebolla/ Onion
- Brócoli/ Broccoli
- 1 taza de leche/ 1 cup of milk
- Salsa inglesa/ Worcestershire sauce
- Cúrcuma en polvo/ Turmeric powder
- Pimienta negra/ Black pepper
- Sal/ Salt
PROCEDURE/ PROCEDIMIENTO
Para empezar, tendremos nuestras pechugas de pollo donde le daremos sabor con pimienta negra y sal al gustó.
No nos olvidemos de unas gotas de salsa inglesa.
To start, we'll have our chicken breasts, which we'll season with black pepper and salt to taste.
And let's not forget a few drops of Worcestershire sauce.
Por otro lado, pondremos a cocinar nuestras cebollas en tiras hasta que estén medio blandas.
On the other hand, we will cook our sliced onions until they are half soft.
Teniendo la cebolla en su punto, colocaremos a cocinar las pechugas de pollo.
Once the onion is ready, we will cook the chicken breasts.
Mientras se cocina la pechuga, iremos haciendo en marinado en una taza de leche iremos agregando brócoli en trozos (El brócoli ya tiene que estar sancochado) y una pizca de cúrcuma en polvo.
While the chicken breast is cooking, we will make the marinade in a cup of milk, adding chopped broccoli (the broccoli should already be cooked) and a pinch of turmeric powder.
Teniendo el marinado listo, se lo incorporamos al pollo.
Dejamos cocinar hasta que el pollo en su punto y le marinado un poco espeso.
Listo a comer!
Once the marinade is ready, add it to the chicken.
Let it cook until the chicken is done and the marinade has thickened slightly.
Ready to eat!
