Hola, cómo están? Espero que bien. En este siguiente post les enseñaré como preparar una merienda para los más pequeños de la casa que les va a gustar. Se trata de unas bolitas de queso rellenas, muy fáciles de hacer y solo con 2 ingredientes.

INGREDIENTS/ INGREDIENTES

• Harina de maiz/ Corn flour
• Queso/ Cheese
• 1 cda de azúcar/ 1 tbsp sugar
• Agua/ Water
• Sal/ Salt

PROCEDURE/ PROCEDIMIENTO

Para empezar, en un bowl tendremos 1 taza de harina de maíz (Harina pan) dónde le agregaremos el azúcar y una pizca de sal.

To start, in a bowl we will have 1 cup of corn flour (Pan flour) where we will add the sugar and a pinch of salt.

Luego le agregaremos queso rallado lo suficiente.

Then we will add enough grated cheese.

Para integrar todo, le iremos echando poco a poco agua para ir amasando con las manos hasta ir formando una masa ni tan dura ni tan aguada.

To integrate everything, we will gradually add water and knead it with our hands until we form a dough that is neither too hard nor too watery.

Lista la masa, iremos sacando porciones y a cada uno le abriremos un agujero en el medio dónde me colocaremos más queso rayado.

Luego en cada uno, cerraremos y haremos la forma de una bola.

Once the dough is ready, we will take out portions and make a hole in the middle of each one where we will put more grated cheese.
Then we will close each one and make the shape of a ball.

Para terminar, pondremos a freír cada uno en un sartén con suficiente aceite hasta que estén doradas. A disfrutar!
