Imagínense una merienda tan facil y sencilla con pocos ingredientes, solamente usé, harina de trigo, sal, agua, para la masa y azúcar para espolvorear, bueno eso es la torreja, una merienda clásica venezolana, la cual se hace con una masa de harina de trigo, estirada lo más se pueda y además frita, es súper rápida de hacer, queda crocante y es una delicia, gusta mucho en casa.
Imagine such an easy and simple snack with just a few ingredients. I only used wheat flour, salt, water for the dough, and sugar for sprinkling. Well, that's torrejas, a classic Venezuelan snack made with a wheat flour dough, stretched as much as possible, and also fried. It's super quick to make, crispy, and delicious, and everyone loves it at home.
Está tarde tenía muchas ganas de una merienda y pues, solo tenía disponible estos ingredientes para hacer, por eso puse manos a la obra.
