El pan de jamón es otro plato que no puede faltar en la cena navideña y fin de año, de igual manera, tiene su toque dulce y salado y se hace muy apetecible para todos, ahí si bien difícil que a alguien no le guste, el relleno del mismo es el jamón ahumado, tocineta, uvas pasas y aceitunas, una muy buena combinación.

Primero hacemos la masa, con suficiente mantequilla y su toque dulce, estiramos muy bien , rellenamos con todos sus sabores, el jamón ahumado, la tocineta previamente frita, aceitunas y uvas pasas por aquí y por allá,envolvemos colocamos en bandeja y dejamos levar.
First we make the dough, with enough butter and its sweet touch, we stretch it very well, fill it with all its flavors, the smoked ham, the previously fried bacon, olives and raisins here and there, we wrap it, place it on a tray and let it rise.
Llevamos al horno y en menos de una hora, tenemos unos ricos panes de jamón, para degustar en la cena navideña y/o de fin de año, a compartir.
