Feliz y bendecida mitad de semana, es un gusto saludarles compañeros de hive, para este día les compartiré como preparé en casa unas deliciosas hamburguesas, la proteína de la hamburguesa fue carne de res molida, el cual fue condimentada con comino, orégano, ajo, adobo, cebolla, pimentón y ajo, también se le agrego un huevo, de modo de darle mayor consistencia y unión a la carne, otra proteína que se le agregó fue huevo, pero no frito así entero, sino en forma de tortilla, (de esta forma, por dos razones, una, para darle otro sabor y dos, para que rindiera más 😜).
Happy and blessed midweek, it is a pleasure to greet you, fellow hive members. Today, I will share with you how I prepared some delicious hamburgers at home. The protein in the hamburger was ground beef, which was seasoned with cumin, oregano, garlic, adobo, onion, paprika, and garlic. An egg was also added to give the meat more consistency and binding. Another protein that was added was egg, but not fried whole, but in the form of an omelet (for two reasons: one, to give it another flavor, and two, to make it go further 😜).
Para el relleno, las tres salsas fueron protagonistas, mayonesa, salsa de tomate y mostaza, había lechuga, tomate, cebolla, queso amarillo, jamón y el toque crunchy, papitas fritas, una verdadera delicia.
Hacía bastante tiempo que no hacíamos está comida en casa, debido a que lleva bastante ingredientes y ahorita están bastante costosos, Pero en esta oportunidad pudimos disfrutar de ellos y agradecida por los alimentos en mi mesa, que siempre estén presentes al igual que a todos en el mundo, muchas gracias, feliz y bendecida.
For the filling, the three sauces were the stars: mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and mustard. There was lettuce, tomato, onion, yellow cheese, ham, and a crunchy touch of French fries—a real treat.
It had been quite a while since we had made this meal at home, because it requires quite a few ingredients and they are quite expensive right now. But this time we were able to enjoy them and I am grateful for the food on my table, which is always there, as it is for everyone in the world. Thank you very much, I am happy and blessed.
