Hello, good-looking people, here again. I woke up early in the morning, and today I opened my laptop early in the morning because I had to see something regarding my order. Usually, I don't do this, but today it was important to do it. When I was scrolling, I saw the news regarding the India-Pakistan war, and there were innocent civilians, including a maulana, who were killed by the Pakistani army's attack. A few days before, 26 innocent civilians died because of a terrorist attack. I want to ask one question only. Why are innocent civilians always? I am not blaming any country here, I am saying what I have seen in the official and verified news. If you want to fight, then start an army-to-army fight and let innocent people live. The army is skilled, but innocent lives are easy to kill though army people are humans too. Peace is the most important thing.
So the day started badly, so I decided to complete the work that had been pending for many days. My father-in-law wants to buy a car, so I went to check the car that is for sale.

In the evening, I have taken an egg breakfast with some brown bread and sauce. It was muy pre-workout meal before the gym, and I take breakfast 1.4 hours before the gym so that it can give me energy during the workout. Brown bread is a source of carbs, and egg is the source of protein.
Today it was my back + biceps day, so I have completed my workout and now, when I am writing this post, I am lying down for a few minutes.
