Hoy comparto con ustedes este almuerzo que prepare.
En esta oportunidad preparé un guiso de pollo con berenjena y papa,que quedó demasiado bueno,guise mi pollo como de costumbre con todos sus aliños y luego le agregué unos trozos pequeños de papa,cuando estás ablandaron coloque una berenjena en pedazos pequeños para que cocines rápido,lo tape y al rato ya estaba listo,me gustó porque quedó en una muy buena salsa .
Está vez no acompañe con arroz sino con arepa y frei plátano,siempre me han gustado las comidas en salsas ya que utilizo muchos aliños para poder lograrlo.

Today I'm sharing with you this lunch I prepared.
This time, I made a chicken stew with eggplant and potatoes, which was delicious. I cooked my chicken as usual with all the seasonings, then added some small pieces of potato. When they were tender, I added some eggplant cut into small pieces so it would cook quickly. I covered it, and after a while, it was ready. I liked it because it was in a very good sauce.
This time, I didn't serve it with rice, but with arepa and fried plantains. I've always liked dishes with sauces, since I use a lot of seasonings to achieve this.
