Casi 21 años de servicio tiene mi esposo dentro de la industria petrolera nacional y aún recuerdo esa época en la que ambos comenzamos, él tenía ya cierta trayectoria en su carrera en otras empresas y yo, apenas iniciaba a ganar experiencia laboral, luego de salir de la universidad.
Durante ese tiempo, hemos tenido épocas buenas y otras no tanto, pero siempre hemos valorado la libertad y la estabilidad, dentro de lo que cabe, que nos proporciona nuestro empleo. Hemos podido estar para nuestros hijos cada vez que ha sido necesario y eso no es algo tan común en otras latitudes.
Hoy la empresa hizo una jornada de reconocimiento para los trabajadores que tienen más de 10 años (en múltiplos de 5) dentro de nuestra industria petrolera.
A mí ya me habían entregado mi reconocimiento por 20 años el pasado 2024 y ahora le correspondió a mi esposo recibirlo.
