Finally, They Are Coming Back!

Hello, Mates! Yesterday I wrote about celebrating one of my favourite movies, right? Then, when I got home I found something that had been missing for a long time. My favourite bakery. Back then, about twelve years ago, when I lived in the Jakarta area, I would occasionally visit a mall called Gajah Mada PLaza. It was the closest mall to where I lived. There I would usually eat at the Solaria restoo, or wander around trying out other menus in the mall. Although it's not too big, I think Gajah Mada Mall is quite complete and compfy.

Besides, I have my favourite bakery there located on the first floor. BREAD TALK. You know, no... I don't have a specific bread that I prefer, in fact, I almost like a lot of the variants from this shop because yes... they're all delicious. So the mandatory thing I do when visiting Gajah Mada Mall is to buy Bread Talk to take home. However, something happened to the bakery, they closed down. We, the customers, don't know the reason why they closed. It's unfortunate because it will be hard to find good toro bread with premium ingredients and affordable prices.

Over time, I as a customer forgot about it and moved on to other bakeries. It wasn't until yesterday when I went to the cinema and returned home looking for bread to bring to my mother at home. Up to the first floor, I finally met MAKO. A bakery that is said to be delicious. Because I was tempted, I went in and chose several items, such as Bread Beef Floss, Cheese Muffin, and another cheese bread that looked soft and delicious.

When I got home, I ate the bread with my mum. You know what makes this funny? I tasted a familiar flavour in that bread. I was confused as to why it tasted like I had tried it before. After a while, I remembered that the flavour of the Mako bakery was exactly like the flavour of the Bread Talk bakery!

Little did I know, after looking it up on my browser, that Mako was indeed a new brand of Bread Talk! OMG! How proud I was that day. I don't know why they changed the brand. Maybe it's a proprietary issue or something, I don't know, the important thing is that I've rediscovered the flavour that was once there and used to be there. I really enjoyed eating MAko's soft, premium composition and affordable bread. So, now I'm no longer confused about finding a bakery if I want to. I have MAKO.
