A veces no hace falta planear grandes eventos para tener un día especial. Últimamente le he pedido a Dios la oportunidad de compartir más salidas a comer con mi familia y me hace muy feliz ver que poco a poco lo estamos haciendo realidad.
Sometimes you don't need to plan big events to make a day special. Lately, I've been asking God for the chance to go out to eat with my family more often, and it makes me so happy to see that, little by little, we're making it happen.
Hace unos días salimos a comer hamburguesas y más allá de la comida que estaba deliciosa me quedo con la magia de ese rato juntos. Disfrutar de una buena hamburguesa en compañía de mi mamá, mi hermano y mi hija Sophia es un regalo maravilloso. Esos espacios son vitales porque funcionan como una desconexión total donde el trabajo las clases y la rutina se quedan fuera para darle paso a nuestras risas y conversaciones.
A few days ago, we went out for burgers, and beyond the food—which was delicious—what really stuck with me was the magic of that time together. Enjoying a good burger with my mom, my brother, and my daughter Sophia is a wonderful gift. Moments like these are vital because they allow us to completely disconnect; work, school, and daily routines are left behind to make way for our laughter and conversations.
Ver a mi mamá feliz y a Sophia disfrutando de estos detalles me llena el corazón porque sé que estos instantes son los que atesoraremos con más cariño en el futuro. Agradezco enormemente poder tener estos espacios. La vida se nos va volando entre tantas obligaciones y estas salidas son mi forma de recordarme que la familia es la prioridad absoluta.
Seeing my mom happy and Sophia enjoying these little moments warms my heart because I know these are the moments we’ll cherish most in the future. I’m so grateful to have these moments. Life flies by amid so many obligations, and these outings are my way of reminding myself that family is my top priority.
