The word "grassroots" as its special meaning attached to it in relation to it effects on cleaning the planet and keeping it safe. The word grassroot means doing something from the base or from home. People who believe that it's from home that cleanliness starts from knew what they are saying. That's the note reason why when you find someone throwing and littering things in public, one would have believed that's how he or she litters his or her home. Grassroots cleanliness often speaks much of how we treat our environment at large.
Literally, you don't expect someone who his or her home is always dirty to keep the environment at large or the city at large clean. Grassroots cleanliness is the most important ways one could determine how the environment at large would be treated. Someone who's always making sure that his or her is clean will always make sure that he or she keeps the planet clean. The way your home is treated is the way you will as well treat your city. There's no boycott about that.
