I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.
Any community you come across having their rules and doing fine, just know that they don't joke with their collective efforts. Collective effort is what makes a community grow and such community will always be free from external and internal aggression. The community where I base, we always have a fixed meeting at the end of every Month to discuss what and how to move the community forward. Moreso, we discuss the challenges we are facing in terms of security, electricity supply, erosion and drainage etc.
These aforementioned basic things of life, if any challenge comes in these areas, point would be raised and it would be tackled duly. Every Month after the meeting, we make sure to go around to ensure that the drainage is clean and not blocked. Anywhere there is unnecessary littering of papers, plastics and nylons, the houses near to the place would be called out for questioning and such bin must be eradicated.
That's what community effort does, to ensure things are going in accordance. And another thing is there are some people that do not see dumping refuse everywhere as a big deal but it's the community and collective efforts that will get these people corrected as let them know the danger that lies beneath messing up the planet.
In conclusion, collective effort is the process whereby some group of people come together in oneness to make sure that things are done accordingly. The aim of collective effort is to ensure that everybody is involved in getting things done collective without leaving anybody out.
