Good morning, everyone.
Another beautiful day to continue my farming activities as you all know that farming is a very lucrative thing to do and This morning when I came out to do the chores the fresh air and the birds singing made me realize why farming is a good thing to do. People derive a kind of satisfaction from taking care of plants from the time they are planted, cared for and when the buds produced full fleshy fruits.
So guys this morning I had to do small harvest One of my banana plants having come of stage of maturity was ready for harvest. It evidence of the numerous and tedious work and wait that was done. I made up my mind that the only thing to do was to fell it and then sell the stuff cause I had some bills to settle with money, I would have loved to eat it but since i have more coming and this bill is urgent I had to sell it. Picking the banana was not a mere business of selling fruits; it was a means of getting some necessities. There being certain matters to do with money, this was quite a good harvest time.
This farming is not only about happiness in the process of growing something, it also involves thinking at the proper time.
Many times farming can be tiresome, most young people in my place don't really see farming as a best option as everyone struggles to get an office job but trust me while making harvest like this you will understand better and today is a good example of why people continue to be farmers. In fact, there is nothing more fulfilling than being rewarded for a job well done in the course and in life.
