As we all know, it's the dry/ harmattan season in Nigeria and crops or plants are dying of because of lack of adequate water to grow the nutrients necessary for fruits or crops fruits grow. However, with constant watering my tomato plant has been Blossoming. As we can see it has bore fruits and some of them are getting ripe.

Although at first I was scared that since the rainy season was gradually going the plants would die and dry up but with consistency of taking care of it by weeding all the grasses around it and watching it it has grown tremendously.

Tomato is a very important fruit in Nigeria that we use for different delicacies such as stew and soup. Many soups and delicacies cannot thrive without the use of tomato, hence it is a popular vegetable in Nigeria that we cherish.

What I noticed recently is that some of the leaves are getting yellow despite been consistent in watering them. This means they have been infested with pests. Hopefully it does not die.

This blog is just to showcase the wonders of nature and green vegetation. When I saw the beauty of both the ripe and unripe tomatoes I had to capture the Moment and the pictures came out beautifully well.
Thanks for stopping by my blog...
